Tea.

Today, I finally managed to visit a store I actually wanted to visit for ages. Ewert’s Teas and Spices in Göttingen. I always caught a hint of smell when I walked past it before, but the store was always closed, or I didn’t have the time. But today, the time was finally right. I had almost two hours two spare.

So I entered the store of my dreams. You can’t imagine how good it smelled in there. I had to stop, close my eyes and let in sink in for a moment. And then the door hit my back. When I saw the tea counter, I wasn’t quite sure what I should get, but I got some great advice and settled with two green teas. 100grams of ‘gunpowder’ and 100 grams of ‘temple of heaven gunpowder’ for 5 Euros combined.

So far, I’ve tried out the temple tea, and it tastes fabulous. I’m sure I put too much of the loose tea in my tea egg though. Also, I think I need a new tea egg.

What’s your favoutite tea? Do you drink tea at all, or do you prefer coffee? Tell me in the comments down below.

  2. I love tea! Green tea is my general favourite but I like trying different kinds too. I don’t think I’ll be drinking coffee any time soon as last weekend I had about six cups of coffee in total 😅
