Sometimes I buy things on Amazon. A lot of people do.
Sometimes I have questions about an item. Then I take to the Questions Section on Amazon to see if my question has already been answered. Most of the times I get the answer I was looking for, sometimes not.
But I’m always annoyed by people answering questions they clearly don’t know the answer two. You can see that by reading answers like ‘I don’t know that.’ or ‘ I don’t know. Ask the seller for that information.’.
This is very frustrating. Please stop.
