In my opinion, a photo only ever comes to live once it is printed. I do Postcards and postcard sized prints myself. However, I don’t have a printer that can do larger prints nor do I feel comfortable doing my own photo books. I just don’t like the handmade look on those anymore.
That’s why I order those online. After having tried out a few providers, and never being fully satisfied, I came across Saal Digital through an add campaign a while ago. Back than, I had gotten a gift card for one of their photo books in exchange for a review of their service.

And I was impressed with the quality, even of their lowest end products. In fact, I still am.
Last Saturday, I decided that it was probably a good idea to go ahead and do a photo book of my trip to the Netherlands last month.

It arrived today, and it looks fabulous. The only thing that I would change is the placement of the text box on the rear cover.
