Taking Pictures just out of Clausthal.

Today, the Weather was supposed to be awful. The forecast was for Clouds and Rain all day long. But after work, it was actually not that bad. So I drove to Clausthal to do a little Project I have been wanting to do for quite a while.

I had planned to go to the Parking Lot at the Entensumpf, I have been there before. But today, I accidentally took a wrong turn, leaving the main road one exit early.

The wrong Road.

That Road that I had turned onto would have led me to a Campground that lies between Clausthal and Buntenbock. I have passed that Campground on a Hike this January. I also believe that I have taken that Road once a few Years ago, but I am not sure.

Anyhow, I was act not disappointed with what I found. The location I ended up in was actually nicely suited for what I had in mind. And so I parked my Car and got on with it.

The Location.

In fact, the place was way better than the other one. And that is because I have already taken Pictures on the best log I was able to find at the Entensumpf.

The only thing is that I am not yet able to share what I actually shot. It is just not done (and dusted) yet. So please be patient with me.

I love the Forest.

Luckily for you, I did not leave right away when I was done with what I had been doing. I actually explored the Area a little to scout for some future Projects I have in mind.

I climbed across Logs, walked through the Trees and took many Pictures while doing that. It was beautiful.

New Trees on an old Stump.

Walking on Moss really does feel quite awesome. It is just so soft and spongy and beautiful.

By the way, my Project was about trying new things. And a bottle of Soda Pop.
